The living Rhythm. Reconnect with your natural flow. Three times a week - Monday, Wednesday, and Friday - we gather. We arrive just as we are, and gently return to the body. Through Qigong, conscious breath, sound, and subtle pressure release, we let go of what has been held too tightly - stories, tension, old patterns that no longer serve. This is not about fixing. It’s about remembering. Each session invites the nervous system to soften, the breath to deepen, and the body to re-enter its own natural rhythm and flow. Together, we create a steady pulse of practice that brings us home - again and again - to presence, coherence, and inner regulation. Let this rhythm hold you.
