This space is for slowing down, tuning in, and remembering your body already knows the way. No fixing. No pushing. No getting it “right”. Just meeting yourself where you are and letting energy move again.
Qisong is about breath that softens the nervous system, sound that gently reorganises things, and movement that feels more like listening than doing. Some days it’ll feel subtle. Some days it might crack things open. Both are perfect.
Use this group however you need.
Share wins. Share wobbles. Ask questions. Or just sit quietly and absorb. There’s no pressure to perform here.
I’ll be dropping practices, reflections, little nudges, and reminders to come back into the body. Into safety. Into flow.
