I’m Sue — a mother, a nurse, a guide, and a woman who’s walked through the fires of burnout, addiction, binge eating, and self-forgetting… and found my way home.
After 40 years as a Nurse Practitioner, I came to see that true healing doesn’t come in pills or protocols alone. It comes in pauses. In breath. In the quiet return to ourselves.
Qisong was born from my own recovery — from exhaustion, overgiving, and the silent ache of living out of rhythm with my body and soul. Through breath, movement, sound, astrology, and daily devotion, I remembered a gentler way. One that honours both the science and the spirit of healing.
I created Qisong for those who’ve tried everything — the diets, the detoxes, the therapy, the strict routines. For those who’ve fought addictions, followed every rule, and still feel something vital is missing.
What’s missing isn’t more effort. It’s embodiment. A return to rhythm. A reconnection with the body’s wisdom and the breath’s quiet guidance. A remembering of who you are beneath the patterns of coping and survival.
In this space, I bring together ancient healing arts and grounded clinical care, modern breath science and astrological insight. Each session invites you to soften, to come home — not just to a calmer mind, but to a felt sense of wholeness.
You already carry the map. I simply walk beside you — breath by breath, lighting the way — as you find your way back home.

MY STORY
From survival to rhythm — a journey home to self
For most of my life, I was the one holding it all together.
A single mother.
A Nurse Practitioner.
A woman with decades of experience in medicine… and yet, behind closed doors, I was silently crumbling.
I turned to food for comfort.
To work for distraction.
To giving… as a way of disappearing myself.
I struggled with binge eating and addiction — patterns that numbed the ache of disconnection.
From my breath. My body. My spirit.
Even with all my training, nothing I knew could heal the deeper fracture inside me. I had tried everything. Still, something was missing.
Until I found a program — simple, structured, spiritual — that helped me release over 130 pounds of stored weight, grief, and shame.
That transformation became a turning point.
Not just physically, but soul-deep.
Shedding that weight gave me more than health.
It gave me authority — not over others, but within myself.
The quiet but unshakable knowing:
I am worthy. I am capable. I don’t have to do this the old way.
That inner shift lit a fire.
I began to ask: Why did this work when nothing else did?
And What else is possible when we heal from the inside out?
I dove deep — not just into nutrition and habit change, but into sound frequencies, energy medicine, the laws of the universe. I followed a path of remembrance:
Learning to listen to the body as energy, not just anatomy.
Learning to live by rhythm instead of resistance.
I became a practitioner and guide in Sound Healing, Qigong, and Astroenergetics — weaving this with my decades of experience in respiratory medicine and the sacred power of breath.
And from that weaving… Qisong was born.
Qisong is more than a method.
It is a movement back to wholeness.
A remembering that healing happens when we stop pushing and start listening.
Now, I walk beside others — those who’ve tried everything, and still feel like something essential is missing.
Qisong isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about coming home — breath by breath — to the truth that you were never broken.
