From Skeptic to Daily Practice — One Breath at a Time

If someone had told me years ago that I’d still be practicing QiSong every day, I don’t think I’d have believed them. Honestly, my scientific brain wasn’t really ready to take in all this “woo woo” energy stuff. At the time, I just thought — let me try it for a couple of weeks and see what happens. Maybe it’ll help me breathe easier, calm my nervous system, ease the stress in my body. That was enough to get me started.
